Qualifications 2+ years Dealership F&I Manager REQUIRED Strong Customer Service Focus REQUIRED Attention to detail and CIT REQUIRED Team player that works well with others REQUIRED Self-motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals REQUIRED CDK experience HIGHLY PREFERRED BMW/Highline experience PREFERRED Ready to have fun while making customer happy REQUIRED! The California pay range for this position is $11,000.00-22,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off individual product and reserve income, and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
