Technical Project Lead . This role is essential in overseeing the production of construction documents and ensuring seamless coordination across various disciplines. Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Designers to transform commercial interior and architectural concepts into reality. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and development of design and construction document sets. Coordinate with Project Managers on project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs. Guide junior and intermediate staff on drawing techniques, specifications, and detailed designs. Review and ensure accuracy of drawings, compliance with codes (ADA, BOMA, local regulations), and high-quality standards. Manage consultant coordination, review shop drawings, and prepare addenda and bulletins. Support construction administration through site visits, field issue resolution, and responding to RFIs. Maintain organized project files, participate in project closeout, and contribute to developing in-house standards. Mentor and support junior team members in a collaborative project environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in architecture and interiors, preferably with a focus on commercial office projects. Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Photoshop, InDesign, and SketchUp (Podium experience is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field. In-depth understanding of construction methods, detailing, and relevant codes. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred but not required: Licensure or certification (NCIDQ, Architect, LEED AP).
