Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries and provide comprehensive assistance regarding their commercial insurance policies.

Policy Management: Assist in the maintenance and administration of commercial insurance policies, including endorsements and billing inquiries.

Claims Coordination: Provide support to clients during the claims process, ensuring smooth and efficient handling.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy updates, and communication in our CRM system.

Renewal Processes: Assist in client policy renewals, identifying opportunities for policy improvements or upgrades.

Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry changes and emerging trends to better serve our clients.

Requirements

Licensing: Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.

Adaptability: Ability to handle a fast-paced, client-focused environment effectively.

Teamwork: Proven ability to work well in a team setting, supporting colleagues and contributing to a harmonious workplace.
