Job Description The Vice President, Infrastructure and Operations is responsible for the delivery of all IT infrastructure and related IT operations used to enable business capabilities and services across the enterprise. The role reports to the CTO and has leadership responsibilities for client systems, mobility and asset management, voice/data network operations, system administration, change management, disaster recovery, the IT service desk, enterprise monitoring, midrange hardware support, ERP infrastructure support, and cloud infrastructure support. Responsibilities

Lead strategic and tactical level planning to develop and execute I&O strategy. Oversee the implementation and management of I&O offerings, capabilities, and initiatives. Accountable for a high-performing computing infrastructure companywide. Collaborate with technology and business leaders on the service portfolio and governance required to prioritize resources. Participate in the intake and prioritization process to provide estimates of level of effort, complexity, and impact. Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and key business stakeholders. Lead the I&O roadmap and optimization strategy. Improve IT resilience by executing strategies that improve reliability and disaster recovery readiness. Additional Responsibilities

Keep track of trends and provide direction on what emerging technologies should be incorporated into I&O products and services. Develop and execute change management strategies. Provide strategic direction and oversight for the full life cycle of IT systems. Operate a formal governance mechanism to establish and monitor effective controls for the processes and functions performed by I&O teams. Provide leadership and mentorship to I&O team members. Determine optimal staffing models to support required delivery. Provide daily operational oversight of activities. Develop and control the annual I&O budget. Direct the development of an I&O sourcing strategy. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 15 years of experience in Infrastructure and Operations, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Significant experience in the design, implementation, and management of enterprise I&O capabilities. Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning systems and processes. Strong knowledge of key infrastructure systems. Knowledge of the planning, organization, implementation, and management of I&O capabilities. Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, agile and lean methodologies, infrastructure and operations, and enterprise architecture and ITIL frameworks. Understanding of existing, new, and emerging technologies. Ability to meet expected delivery dates and tasks necessary to achieve objectives. Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills. Excellent written, verbal communications, and presentation skills. Benefits
