Job Descriptions:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with Business Analyst experience to design scalable Salesforce solutions, and lead end-to-end project execution. The role combines business analysis, Salesforce administration, and project leadership to drive process innovation, improve user experience, and deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor by engaging with business teams, understanding requirements, and proposing effective Salesforce solutions. Facilitate workshops and develop business roadmaps for future-state processes. Recommend process innovations using Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, and industry best practices. Lead full project lifecycle scoping, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment. Configure and enhance Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM). Build reports, dashboards, and alerts to deliver actionable insights. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure business readiness and adoption. Collaborate with leadership on business cases, budgets, and continuous improvement. Skills Qualifications
8 years experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Admin on large-scale CRM/PRM projects. Strong Salesforce expertise: Sales Cloud (required), Marketing Cloud (required), Pardot (preferred), Tableau CRM (preferred). Hands-on Salesforce configuration: user management, profiles, workflows, flows, validation rules, dashboards, etc. Strong understanding of consumer/retail/enterprise sales operations and partner enablement. Experience with Agile, Scrum delivery, SDLC, requirements documentation, UAT, and change management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (required), Sales Cloud (preferred), Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred), Agile Scrum Master (preferred).
