What You'll Do Own the end-to-end project lifecycle for technical initiatives - from initiation and planning to execution and post-delivery evaluation. Collaborate with team to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, status reports, and risk/issue logs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery cadence is maintained. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and blockers. Ensure proper documentation, hand-offs, and operational readiness for project go-lives What You'll Bring
Completed 4-year degree with 3-7 years of technical project or program management Experience within the energy industry Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies Proficiency with project management tools

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range is $71/hr to $81/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
