About the role PayDo , a fast-growing FinTech company, is looking for a passionate and results-oriented
Head of Sales
to drive our commercial strategy and accelerate growth across key business verticals. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping a high-performance sales culture, expanding our B2B client base, and scaling our revenue—particularly within our core acquiring and payment processing services.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, recruit and inspire a high-performing sales team setting clear goals and expectations
Foster and ensure a dynamic and high-performing sales culture
Own and drive the sales pipeline, by monitoring sales and lead generation managers\' KPIs and OKRs, ensuring consistent revenue growth, customer acquisition, and monthly sales targets.
Actively engage in direct sales activities — performing cold outreach, nurturing key prospects, and driving new business opportunities yourself.
Take ownership of the business customer lifecycle: cold outreach, negotiating, and closing
Work with Marketing, Risk, Account Management and Product Development teams to implement initiatives
Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and company policies
Ensure initiatives are reflective of the goals, and priorities of other company divisions as appropriate
Recommend improvements to sales strategies based on data and competitor analysis
Demonstrate ability to deliver results under pressure and adapt to changing business requirements; ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple priorities
Maintain fluency with technology trends shaping the Fintech market
Manage key referral partner relationships
Skills & expectations
Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, with a demonstrable track record of successfully building, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams
Extensive experience in the full B2B sales lifecycle, from lead generation and negotiation to successful deal closure with business customers
Prior experience within the FinTech industry, particularly at Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) or Payment Service Providers (PSPs), would be a plus
Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting market landscape analysis, identifying USPs, defining target audiences, and assessing competitors to inform sales strategies
Expertise in setting, monitoring, and achieving sales KPIs and OKRs, coupled with experience in developing effective sales motivation and compensation plans
Excellent collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with Marketing, Risk, Account Management, and Product Development teams to drive initiatives
An advanced (C1) level of English proficiency, Native Ukrainian or Russian language

Understanding and experience within the FinTech industry, particularly with Electronic Money Institutions (EMI) or Payment Institutions (PI)
