At Fidelity Brokerage, we are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Architect to join our Brokerage Solution Architecture team. In this vital role, you will shape the secure, comprehensive technology strategy designed to enhance the retail brokerage customer experience. Your leadership will be crucial in continuously advancing the cybersecurity posture and best practices, working alongside the Enterprise cybersecurity team. The Expertise You Have We seek a candidate with a robust background in cybersecurity and proven experience in creating secure, scalable systems within the FinTech sector. The ideal individual will possess an effective blend of interpersonal and technical skills, allowing for collaboration across various teams including architecture, product owners, engineering, QA, and customers to introduce innovative experiences and capabilities. The Skills You Bring 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, developing programs, policies, guidelines, and implementing safeguards within extensive infrastructure portfolios. Proficient in Cloud Architectures, services, and design patterns. 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering web and/or desktop applications. Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD automation authoring. Thorough understanding of implementing a well-architected framework: Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization. Demonstrated leadership in Zero Trust architecture for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Knowledge of secrets management and certificate lifecycle automation. Relevant certifications - CISSP, CCSP, ITIL, or equivalent are desired. Strong grasp of cryptography controls and enterprise PKI operations. Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code for secure, repeatable builds. Please note, most positions at Fidelity are Hybrid, meaning associates will work on-site every other week (Monday through Friday) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
