Your Tasks
Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in CPG Sales and account management in eCommerce.
A minimum of 5+ years of direct experience managing the digital business for at least one of the named accounts (Walmart, Target, or Kroger); proven track record of integrating digital in physical retail strategies.
Expert-level understanding of the retail media landscape; ability to lead strategic conversations about Walmart Connect, Roundel, and KPM.
Proven ability to lead, influence, and build strong relationships with senior-level peers and external partners without direct authority; collaborative by nature.
Strong financial savvy and the ability to use complex data to build a business case and drive strategic decisions.
Ability to develop a long-term strategic vision while also solving problems and driving the business on a quarterly basis.

Your Profile
