Regional practice Manager

at Sogeti, you will have the opportunity to: Engage with clients in a strategic way, discussing key initiatives, and growing our partnership Focus on expanding Sogeti's portfolio of solutions and professional services in that account Maintain and grow client relationships responsible for new business development and existing business expansion Pro-actively introduce solutions and ideas to clients to help improve their business performance Work in an entrepreneurial environment with high degree of access to senior management Have high visibility within the organization Deliver billable consulting services for Testing to regional accounts Provide delivery leadership to Digital Assurance & Quality testing projects Lead discussions related to various Testing trends and thought leadership with business and IT executives Close new business and expand existing accounts, help close both small and long-term business deals Pursuit Leadership: Assist AEs with developing presentations, pricing models, proposals, and SOWs for opportunities Mentor consultants in Digital Assurance & Quality Testing practice Lead development of thought leadership in various aspects of Testing including Automation, Analytics, Data Quality and Governance, Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Integration A bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA or equivalent degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of experience in a large management consulting firm or Fortune 500 company ITIL Certification Experience managing large, complex Infrastructure and application management projects and outsourcing agreements Experience with AWS and/or Azure Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills Strong entrepreneurial skills to manage the overall account like a business including sales support, delivery management, and staff management Ability to demonstrate success in expanding existing client partnerships Versatile in being able to play a variety of roles: Program Manager, Oversight, Advisor to client executives Strong executive presence Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field Life at Sogeti:

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
