About the Role: Canon USA, a leader in print technology, solutions, and services, seeks a Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services (WTS). The role focuses on selling Canon’s hardware and software technology-based solutions to a dedicated marketplace, solving key business challenges to promote the Future of Work. The position requires living within reasonable commuting distance to Dedham, MA to execute responsibilities. Your Impact

Master the core capabilities of Canon USA products, solutions, and technologies (and third-party providers) to promote benefits that drive sales results and revenue goals. This includes topics from enhancing cybersecurity and cloud data functionality to backfile conversion and managed print, IT, and automation services.

Learn and utilize the Salesforce CRM platform to manage client and prospect accounts.

Actively contact an assigned account base via direct calls, Canon USA’s customized email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities and engagement.

Lead in-person discovery meetings, presentations, and demonstrations, while guiding strategic conversations with business owners, executives, and stakeholders to identify requirements, competitive trends, and business challenges.

Develop strategic plans to address short-term and long-term customer needs to generate new revenue streams and ensure an optimal customer experience.

Collaborate with a team of technology subject matter experts to enrich knowledge, support sales wins, and achieve customer goals.

Develop and nurture high-level relationships within a comprehensive customer base to enhance long-term viability and account penetration, supported by tools such as ZoomInfo, internal materials, ROI assessment tools, pricing opportunities, case studies, and a business development team.

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience (preferred), plus three years of B2B sales or customer-facing experience.

Demonstrated passion and aptitude for learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.

Proven track record of persuading others to pursue innovative ideas.

Strong communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willingness and ability to travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license and driving record required).

Salary: We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $50,000-$63,160 annually. This role is eligible for incentive compensation under the terms of an applicable plan and/or policy. Incentive earnings vary by quota; at 100% of plan, anticipated annual incentive is $62,869. The role is also eligible for a transportation allowance.
