Generate and develop new business
in the industrial sector for our real-time localization technology and software solutions. Own the full sales cycle
from prospecting to closing, building and expanding your customer base. Engage with customers to understand their needs
and identify how KINEXON can deliver measurable value. Consult and advise
customers on how to best leverage our innovations to accelerate their digital transformation. Collaborate cross-functionally
with product, solutions, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success. Qualifications
Bring 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or industrial technology. Have a background in production, logistics, or digital transformation projects. Are genuinely interested in Industrial IoT, automation, and digitalization. Excel at consultative selling, with the ability to uncover customer needs early and translate them into tailored solutions. Communicate effectively, with excellent verbal and written English skills; additional language skills are a plus. Thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated to make a measurable impact.
