Support the sales organization in achieving its goals through expertise in process optimization and market insights Implement go-to-market strategies to achieve sales funnel objectives and increase market share Monitor sales funnel KPIs and engage with the sales team on customer opportunities Direct and coordinate large-scale commercial initiatives and ensure operational excellence within the sales organization Collaborate with internal stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes What is Required (Qualifications)

BS in Industrial Technologies, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or related field preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in capital equipment and/or system sales At least 5 years of sales management experience preferred Experience in lead generation, funnel management, and account planning processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce.com How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
