Micas is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow business at top AI/cloud accounts targeting data center switch opportunities. This role requires creating, building and delivering results with the target accounts. The candidate should be a self-starter and have a track record of growing new engagements with these customers. Responsibilities
Drive and exceed sales objectives and quotas at assigned accounts Build engagements with customers and generate new opportunities Understand market requirements and insights for new business opportunities Track and maintain opportunity tracker, technical challenges and design-win milestones Work with Micas pre-sales and engineering team to build customized product offerings Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5+ years experience working with cloud service providers, hyperscalers and data center customers Experience working with networking switch-based products. Server and storage infrastructure experiences a bonus Account contacts and network within target accounts Ability and mindset to work in a start-up environment Strong creative, self-starting and positive attitude attributes Passion for adventure Employment type
