We are seeking a dynamic, experienced

Director of Event Sales

to drive revenue through strategic planning, client engagement, and impeccable event execution across all our venues—including our new performance space opening October 2025. Midtown Manhattan location; in-person, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends or evening commitments for high-profile events. About the Venues: Perched 25 stories above Midtown, this stylish rooftop bar pays homage to designer and socialite Elsie de Wolfe. It offers an elegant mix of indoor and outdoor seating, seasonal light fare, bespoke cocktails, and sweeping views of Bryant Park. It’s celebrated as one of NYC’s best rooftop lounges—elegant, intimate, and vibrant year-round. Elsie Penthouse An extension of Elsie’s refined homage, the Penthouse features a spacious main room, bar room, and private dining area. Equipped with high-definition projectors, dramatic lighting setups, and a multimedia-friendly environment, it’s designed for luxurious, customizable events. Combined, the venues can host up to

Director of Event Sales

to drive revenue through strategic planning, client engagement, and impeccable event execution across all our venues—including our new performance space opening October 2025. This position reports

directly to the Managing Partner and investors , with responsibility for delivering measurable results, strategic growth, and consistent communication on sales performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead proactive sales efforts for private, corporate, conference, trade show, and social events Showcase venue space through compelling presentations and venue tours Manage client relationships from prospecting to event completion Coordinate detailed production discussions, menu selections, event budgets, and financial postings Collaborate with operations, culinary, and production teams to deliver flawless events Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commission structures to maximize profitability Represent the venue at networking events and build strategic partnerships Prepare regular performance, revenue, and pipeline reports for the Managing Partner and investors Work Monday–Friday onsite, with flexibility for weekend or evening events as required Qualifications

Minimum

5 years of experience

selling complex, high-profile events Proven track record in event spaces accommodating

400+ guests Exceptional communication, organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills Strong business acumen, financial oversight, and client relationship-building abilities Tech-savvy for managing production needs, AV requirements, and event technologies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, elevated environment in Midtown Manhattan Base Salary:

$80,000 annually Commission + Bonus
