The role leads the global wholesale strategy, achieves annual budgets, and manages the global distribution for RTW, Footwear, Handbags, and Accessories. Lead, motivate and develop a Global Wholesale team to build and manage global account partnerships and drive business through product opportunities, brand positioning, and proactive account management Oversee showroom and seasonal campaign execution, including order collection and partner communication Partner with cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Logistics, Finance, PR, Creative) to align wholesale channel with company business goals and create a seamless wholesale strategy across all channels Work with financial leadership to ensure effective long-term budgeting of net sales and operating expenses Prepare reports and presentations on wholesale business for leadership and external partners Manage and liaise with global franchise and joint venture partners to ensure seamless customer service and brand objective achievement across regions Negotiate terms and conditions with wholesale partners that align with the brand’s financial objectives Travel frequently (approximately 30%) Skills & Requirements
Interpersonal Skills
Extensive experience in wholesale management within the premium or luxury fashion sector, with a focus on North America, Global Ecommerce, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East Proven track record across wholesale, online, retail, and franchise distribution channels Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and execution abilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Strong written communication skills for external and internal partners Ability to translate global strategies into regionally tailored execution plans while maintaining brand consistency Education/Experience
15+ years of experience in sales within a luxury or high-growth retail environment Experience managing large department store accounts and established contacts in department stores buying departments Understanding of budgeting, sales, and retail performance KPIs Strong planning and organizational skills Knowledge of fashion industry and market trends Strong digital and IT skills, including MS Office; experience with RLM & Joor is a plus Passion for the KHAITE brand and product Employer Information
