Overview At CADDi, we are adding an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to our dynamic team. This role will be critical to our expansion, requiring seasoned professionals capable of navigating complex sales cycles within the manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for targeting and engaging with the largest manufacturing companies, collaborating with high-level stakeholders, including the C-suite, finance, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Execution: Identify and target key accounts within the manufacturing industry, develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and expand CADDi's market share.

High-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment and smooth progression of the sales process.

Customer Engagement: Commit to in-person engagement with customers 50% of the time to build trust and tailor solutions that deliver value.

Prospecting and Proposal Development: Dedicate 30% of time to prospecting new clients and 20% to crafting compelling proposals that address client needs and challenges.

Remote Leadership: Demonstrate initiative, independence, and resilience to succeed and set the standard for remote engagement in enterprise sales.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of selling to large manufacturing companies.

Deep understanding of complex sales processes and the ability to navigate them effectively.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside C-suite, finance, and product teams.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

Willingness to travel and engage with clients in person for 50% of the time.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

Compensation & Benefits On Target Earnings is $150,000 - $250,000+ per year, based on experience, with opportunities for growth and enhanced income potential.
