Corporate & Business Transactions – Real Estate – Midlevel Associate

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience to join our corporate and business transactions- real estate practice group. The ideal candidate will have between three to five years of law firm experience in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures and leasing of commercial, mixed-use, data center and industrial properties; and have familiarity with a full deal cycle for a real estate transaction. Candidates must have strong working knowledge of title and survey review and ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Candidates must also possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions with Fortune 100 companies, REITs and other large institutional investors, developers and financial institutions, involving diverse asset types across multiple industries, including complex development projects, student housing, and data centers. The candidate will have opportunities to work alongside attorneys in multiple offices and practice areas (including M&A, energy and finance) in a collaborative environment. The candidate may be resident in Boston, New York, or Philadelphia and is required to be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which they are applying.
