We’re looking for a
Customer Service Representative
to join our dynamic operations team in Fort Collins, CO. In this vital role, you’ll support drivers and customers by coordinating trip details, resolving service issues, and ensuring smooth communication across the fleet.
What You’ll Do as a Customer Service Representative:
Assist drivers with trip assignments based on availability and customer needs
Monitor fleet activity and respond to service-related issues in real time
Communicate route updates, trip details, and changes clearly and professionally
Maintain accurate records of trip coordination and vehicle assignments
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure efficiency
Help resolve unexpected disruptions or emergencies with calm and professionalism
What You Bring as a Customer Service Representative:
Experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, or transportation (preferred)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
Clear and effective communication abilities
Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dispatch or routing software is a plus
Valid driver’s license required
