Full-Time Sales Lead for the NEW retail store at Outlets at San Clemente in San Clemente, CA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting both Sales and Operations. You will leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey between our website and retail stores, collaborating with the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers Live their passion. We are looking for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with customers and working with a tight-knit team to hit bold targets. This position reports to the Store Manager. Responsibilities
Embodies our culture and values and provides insights to customers on how to Live their passion. Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey. Offer feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Adhere to safety and security standards and identify potential issues. Unpack inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs). Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition). Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store. Ability to work with large teams and adapt to ambiguity; takes initiative when opportunities arise. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Strong communication, self-motivation, and ability to bring out the best in others. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks such as moving, talking, reaching, standing for extended periods, and occasional stooping or climbing ladders. Must be 18 years of age or older. Availability
Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Benefits
