We are seeking a proactive and driven
Regional Sales Manager
to join our growing team. This hybrid role is based out of a home office with partial time spent at our San Jose, California location. You’ll take ownership of an established territory, focusing on strengthening existing OEM and distributor relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales with existing OEM customers and distribution partners
Identify target markets and uncover new sales opportunities within your territory
Create and execute territory sales plans aligned with quarterly goals
Support national and regional accounts with regular customer visits and ongoing engagement
Oversee and coordinate efforts with independent reps and distributor partners
Maintain accurate customer and opportunity data in the CRM system (Pipedrive)
Collaborate on marketing initiatives including trade shows, product advertising, and public relations
Provide market feedback, growth forecasts, and product ideas to R&D
Deliver basic technical support and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
Qualifications
5+ years of B2B sales experience in the industrial or electrical components sector
Strong background in technical, solution-based, and consultative selling
Prior experience working with OEMs, distributors, and end users
Familiarity with sensor technologies or electrical/electronic components
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (ideally Pipedrive)
Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time
