WhatYou’llDo (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.
Be responsible forthe sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategicshort- and long-runplansthat willachievepredeterminedsales goals.
Coordinate with the customersand theTSIfield sales associatestoimplement training programsfor the customers’ relevant employees.
Ensure that all the customers’needsand expectations are met.
Regularly evaluate customerperformance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
