Description SAP HR Technical Lead (SuccessFactors) Hybrid Remote - periodic travel to Newark, DE Your role in our success: The SAP SuccessFactors Technical Lead plays a pivotal role in the architecture, configuration, integration, and operations of the SuccessFactors platform across multiple modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and more. This position oversees technical teams, enforces platform standards, and collaborates with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant HXM solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business success. What you'll be working on: Platform Architecture & Roadmap:

Establish the target architecture for SuccessFactors across modules, ensuring governance in configuration, data privacy, and release strategy. Module Ownership (All Modules):

Manage and optimize the functionality of all modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and more. Integration & Extensions:

Lead integrations using various SAP tools and ensure secure third-party connectivity. Data Quality, Security & Compliance:

Maintain data integrity and compliance with industry standards, overseeing data migration and retention policies. Release, Testing & Operations:

Drive release assessments and testing while implementing effective monitoring and incident management. Leadership, Delivery & Financials:

Mentor teams, oversee project planning and budgeting, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Where you'll be working... Hybrid Remote with periodic travel to Newark, DE (typically ~2 weeks per month, may fluctuate based on business needs). Who you are: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Work Experience: 7+ years in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 3+ years as a technical lead; experience in multiple module implementations including EC. Licensure/Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Associate certifications required; Professional/Specialist level and ECP preferred. Deep expertise across all SuccessFactors modules, hands-on experience in EC, and strong technical skills in integration and configuration. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and influence through stakeholder engagement. What's in it for you?
