We are seeking an Associate Account Executive to participate in a comprehensive B2B outside sales training program and to build partnerships with client decision makers in designated accounts. Responsibilities

Engage in a comprehensive outside B2B sales training program focused on a solution-driven approach to selling consulting and professional services. Spend approximately 80% of time in front of client decision makers building partnerships, pipeline opportunities, and securing engagements. Identify opportunities and pursue target accounts (3-5 designated accounts). Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients through onsite meetings, presentations, and client events. Consult with clients to create solutions that drive change and deliver positive project outcomes. Advocate for clients to improve their experience with Fortune 500 target accounts. Present to C-suite executives and champion solutions aligned with their project roadmaps. Meet and exceed target sales goals; set personal and team goals with management. Perform other duties as assigned by the company and/or typical for the position. Sales Training

Located at our Corporate Headquarters in Indianapolis. Led by Medasource’s President, sales trainers, and top sales leaders. Formal training aligned with healthcare practice areas and core competencies. Role-playing, situational selling exercises, and ride-alongs with senior account executives.
