We are seeking a visionary security expert to join them and take ownership of the firm's critical Windows identity and authentication infrastructure, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability.

The Role:

We are seeking a deeply experienced Senior Security Engineer to be the firm's subject matter expert on the Windows security platform. This is a crucial role where you will be the primary architect for our core Microsoft identity platforms, designing the next generation of authentication services that secure our global infrastructure. You will act as a key leader and a trusted liaison between infrastructure teams, application developers, and business units, ensuring our identity strategy is robust, scalable, and secure.

What you'll be doing:

Take ownership of the firm's core Microsoft identity platforms, including Active Directory, ADFS, and enterprise PKI (ADCS). Architect and enhance robust authentication solutions leveraging Kerberos, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC to secure critical user-facing and back-end services. Design and develop solutions to automate the full lifecycle of digital identities, including certificates, keys, and secrets. Collaborate closely with systems engineers to ensure seamless and secure interoperability between our Windows and large-scale Linux environments. Drive the firm's security posture forward by designing foundational services that enable a Zero Trust security model. Who we're looking for:

10+ years of experience designing, building, and automating critical identity and security platforms for large-scale, cross-platform enterprise environments. Deep, hands-on expertise in core Microsoft identity technologies, including Active Directory, ADFS, and enterprise PKI (e.g. ADCS). Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to act as a bridge between technical and non-technical groups. Strong development and automation skills in C# and PowerShell for the purpose of building security tools and automation. A passion for taking architectural ownership of critical systems
