We are seeking a skilled and innovative Experienced Full Stack Application Developer to provide software development and sustainment support to the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool. In this role, you will design, code, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications, ensuring they meet high standards of availability, reliability, and performance. We’re looking for individuals who excel in both front-end and back-end development, specifically with Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and Windows Services.
As part of a dynamic cross-functional team, you will play a crucial role in supporting mission-critical financial systems, adhering to DoD standards, USSOCOM requirements, and cybersecurity policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain features for the USSOCOM J6 Budget Tool.
Create responsive front-end interfaces using
Angular . Develop robust back-end services and APIs leveraging
.NET and C# . Optimize SQL Server databases, including crafting queries and stored procedures for peak performance. Build and maintain
Windows Services
for workflow automation and system integration. Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure quality. Ensure all applications align with DoD cybersecurity and secure coding standards. Engage in lifecycle management activities, encompassing requirements gathering, design documentation, deployment, and ongoing support. Collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, business analysts, and fellow developers to achieve mission goals. Required Qualifications: BS degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of experience; additional years of experience may substitute for a degree. Active TS/SCI clearance
is mandatory. DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification
is required (e.g., Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP). 3-7 years of experience as a developer at the journeyman level. Proven expertise in the following areas: Angular
(for front-end development) .NET and C#
(for back-end development) SQL Server
(for database development and optimization) Windows Services
(for design and maintenance) Experience with Agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with USSOCOM or DoD financial systems is a plus. Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks is desirable. Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services. Awareness of PowerApps/O365 Environment is an advantage.
