As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Retail Lending - Credit Card Processing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion. Responsibilities in this role will include, but not limited to: attending daily stand-ups, understanding team needs, working with business and technical teams to compose user stories, collaborating with other BSAs to improve requirements, conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, workflows, and data requirements related to credit card processor, gathering requirements from business units and translating those to developers, architects, and testers, documenting functional requirements in the form of user stories and analyzing requirements in the context of software and processes, and working closely with risk, IT, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution and regulatory adherence. Job Description Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed. Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results. Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary. Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance. Benefits
