Our Community by Seen division offers integrated influencer services, including social media campaigns powered by our proprietary micro and nano creator platform, CXS. To stay at the forefront of the evolving social media and social commerce landscape, we are growing the team dedicated to mid-tier, macro and mega scale talent to further support our clients and grow the division. Role overview: This role is pivotal in the growth of the partnerships and advocacy arm of the SEEN Group, Community x SEEN, which focuses on integrated influencer marketing efforts and agency creator relations across a spectrum from nano to mega scale. We’re looking for a dynamic team member to join
Community x SEEN Bespoke , the newest arm of SEEN Group dedicated to mid-tier, macro, and mega influencers. This role will focus on building strong relationships with influencers and their teams, leading the strategy and execution of campaigns across both organic and paid activity. Working within the Community x SEEN influencer department and the Bespoke team, you’ll also collaborate with other SEEN divisions to deliver work for both retainer and project-based clients. As part of a small, agile team, you’ll need to take ownership of your role, work collaboratively and independently, and confidently manage responsibilities at all levels. The ideal candidate will be socially obsessed with a passion for beauty and solid experience in the influencer and creator realm. They will bring already established relationships and be excited to grow those relationships with creators, agents and managers from a mega level to tomorrow’s emerging talent. This candidate will also have a hand in managing and executing ongoing growth-focused tasks for the division, inclusive of building strategies, pitching new business and more. Qualifications: College Degree in Marketing/Communications/PR or related field preferred At least 5 years working in influencer, digital or social spaces within beauty, lifestyle or fashion, with a specific passion for beauty Fluency in the digital, social and influencer landscapes – both in paid and organic realms Current and growing relationships with agents, influencers, and key opinion leaders Creativity and a love for content and what’s trending – we need an expert in jumping on social trends, the newest influencer before any other brand, etc. Experience in team management from goal setting to delegation and associate growth Organic Campaign Management: Manage and execute Organic Campaigns – from seeding lists to event guestlists, relationship and community building on behalf of brands, etc. Be a social listening expert identifying key trending narratives and talent across social platforms including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok Understand the strategic approach and enact to hit KPIs from content shared to guest count. Oversee and ensure success if showcased to client, with counsel throughout campaigns from start to finish. Paid Partnerships and Campaigns: Manage paid partnerships and campaigns for a multitude of brands with responsibilities including: Developing campaign ideas, based off of client objectives, and inspired by the latest social trends Strategic talent identification, outreach, negotiation and contracting (with assistance of firm’s in-house legal team) Management and coordination of sampling and send-outs for campaigns Direct communication with client, talent and agents throughout campaign process Ownership of all budgets, schedules and content capture in order to lead campaign recaps, created with data and analysis through campaign monitoring platforms Department Growth and Structure Lead the Community X SEEN Bespoke department showcasing day-to-day improvement of ways of working, protocol, etc. Develop relationships with key personnel in other SEEN Group departments to ensure flawless inter-department client service. Work to identify new existing client opportunities as well as pitch new brands to grow the portfolio for Community X SEEN Bespoke. You will report into the Advocacy and Partnerships Senior Director, have a Manager as a direct report and work parallel with other teams within the firm. Seniority level
