Kohler Signature Store Design & Sales Consultant . About the Role:

The showroom provides a high-end shopping experience. The Sales and Design Consultant offers expert product selection and design services, building relationships with homeowners, contractors, designers, and partners, to exceed customer expectations. You will: Assist customers with product selection and design both in-store and at their locations, showcasing our offerings. Deliver high-level customer service, aiming for referrals and positive online feedback. Create a welcoming environment for every guest. Drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets and gross margin goals. Conduct in-store and in-home design consultations, managing projects from start to finish. Communicate our store’s value proposition effectively. Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and facilitate smooth sales processes. Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Maintain product knowledge and leverage technology for sales. Use sales reports and forecasting tools to achieve targets. Follow up on leads and generate new business. Process orders, bids, returns, and refunds per company policies. Help manage daily showroom operations to ensure a welcoming environment. Attend training and professional events periodically. Complete safety and compliance training as required. Perform other duties as assigned. About You:

At least 2 years of experience in plumbing design and sales, with knowledge of showroom products preferred. Experience working with luxury, high-end products and clients. Our Ideal Candidate Will Also:

Have 3+ years of proven sales success, with a related degree or design/trade school background preferred. Be able to work weekend shifts. Have a track record of selling high-end products and managing detailed orders. Provide references demonstrating leadership abilities. Be knowledgeable of kitchen and bath design trends and blueprints. Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. Use Microsoft Office and CRM systems effectively. Possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Be proactive in engaging customers, overcoming objections, and closing sales. Build strong relationships with vendors and team members. Be committed to ownership of your book of business and team collaboration. Be fluent in English and comfortable with basic math skills. Benefits:
