Test Lead:
Experience managing overall Quality in at least one large program involving integration of multiple applications across all test phases is must and test types like System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT, Performance Testing, Mobile Apps testing, etc.
Responsibilities include:
Need to coordinate all testing activities involving multiple IT systems
Acts as a lead in the creation, preparation, and conduct of quality assurance reviews and the development and execution of test plans and test scripts
Works with client to establish and maintain a consistent test methodology and to resolve questions during the testing process
Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures and methodologies
Perform User Acceptance, System, Integration, mobile Testing of the Functional Requirements and business processes
Documentation of Test System Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Scripts
Definition and preparation of Test Data
Identification and analysis of software defects
In parallel with testing responsibilities, the candidate will be required to assist in the delivery of monthly/quarterly reporting on the testing results
Plans and directs quality assurance schedules, assignments, and monitors project status.
Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects
Documents all phases of QA process
Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff
Work with business users to ensure the quality of delivered software as well as ensuring timely bug resolution
Mobile Testing in the Following:
Senior Tester:
