sales center. You will be responsible for retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services to residential, commercial, and governmental customers. Do you have what it takes to be a Tuff Shed Sales Design Consultant? We are recruiting a motivated sales professional who has the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. We offer paid training and a commission program with an hourly base. You will work directly with customers, helping them solve their storage problems with our high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings. What's in it for you? hourly + commission

compensation program. With a good attitude and strong work ethic, there are virtually no limits for growth, with successful Sales Design Consultants earning over $100,000. First-year earnings up to $60,000 Potential to exceed $100,000 in the second year Paid training period Competitive salary and benefits: PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), 'Safe Harbor' 401(k), and Bonus Plan for eligible positions. (Restrictions may apply) What makes a successful Tuff Shed Sales Consultant? Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product features, close sales, and perform site checks as required. Cultivate new sales leads through company-sponsored advertising and marketing. Act as the customer's point of contact from sale to installation. Assist with permits and liaise with local HOAs as needed. Develop product knowledge to convey the Tuff Shed advantage effectively. Preferred Qualifications Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships. An eye for design and enjoyment in building things. Ability to listen to and understand customer needs. Proven computer skills and aptitude for learning new software. Job Requirements A valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
