Experience in demonstrating business acumen within the Cloud Enterprise business and Cloud Sales domain, and managing projects to deliver successful, impact-driven outcomes in a global environment. Experience querying datasets in SQL, Python, or R. Experience drawing insights from data and using them to influence executive stakeholders. Experience demonstrating consulting and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to experiment with and apply emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $113,000-$162,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities Develop consultative partnerships with Google Recruiting Leadership, HR, and other stakeholders to advise on external talent market issues and opportunities. Leverage advanced problem-solving and research skills to diagnose talent problems, design custom research, and present actionable, data-driven findings to influence key talent strategies. Design and implement results-driven global research, including intelligence and labor market analysis, to highlight trends and talent dynamics across different geographies and demographics. Manage, improve, and design tools to scale the delivery of talent insights across People Operations (POps) and the broader Google organization. Ensure regular, ongoing communication and co-ordination on all research activities across different functions and global regions.
