Credera is seeking an AdTech Consultant to join our Advertising & AdTech practice. This role focuses on helping brands, agencies, and platforms navigate the evolving AdTech landscape—spanning identity, privacy, first-party data, and omnichannel activation. You will bridge management consulting, technology integration, and media execution by supporting clients in building strategies, implementing solutions, and unlocking data across platforms such as Amazon Ads, AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, The Trade Desk, and others. Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery & Advisory

Work directly with clients to design and deliver AdTech strategies that connect data, technology, and media execution. Assess client AdTech maturity and develop actionable roadmaps for transformation. Provide expertise in identity resolution, consented data usage, and privacy-safe targeting approaches.

Support the implementation and configuration of leading AdTech solutions (DSPs, SSPs, CDPs, Clean Rooms, etc.). Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to enable first-party data activation across digital platforms. Partner with Omnicom media, analytics, and creative teams to ensure seamless integration of consulting and execution. Ecosystem Partnerships

Help maintain and grow Credera’s relationships with strategic partners such as Amazon Ads/AWS, LiveRamp, Snowflake, and other ecosystem leaders. Evaluate emerging AdTech platforms and recommend innovative solutions for clients.

Requirements

Professional Background

Bachelor’s Degree, Marketing, Advertising, Strategy or equivalent work experience required. 3–7 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, or related consulting/agency roles. Familiarity with advertising platforms (DSPs, SSPs), identity solutions, data clean rooms, and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, GCP, Azure). Understanding first-party data activation, identity resolution, and privacy-safe targeting approaches. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations. Understanding of audience segmentation, identity/addressability + first-party data onboarding/activation, targeting strategies, incrementality testing, MTA or other attribution frameworks, and DCO basics. Experience across programmatic, CTV, display, social, and/or retail media. Familiarity with privacy regulations and implications for data sharing and cross-platform activation and measurement. Experience bridging marketing strategy with technical execution.

DSPs, Walled Gardens, Retail Media, and Measurement tools familiarity: The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon; Meta, Google, Amazon; Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Roundel (Target), Kroger; GA4, IAS, Moat, DoubleVerify, LiveRamp. Soft Skills

Strong communication and storytelling skills; ability to distill complex AdTech concepts for business and technical stakeholders. Comfortable in client-facing settings with a track record of building trusted relationships. Ability to facilitate meetings with analysts through C-suite. Comfortable working across media agencies and tech partners to orchestrate integrated solutions. Ability to switch context and manage multiple workstreams. Collaborative team player with a growth mindset and mentoring interest.

Thought Leadership & Practice Development

Contribute to Credera’s AdTech thought leadership through whitepapers, blogs, and industry events. Support internal practice-building, knowledge management, methodology development, and mentoring of junior consultants.

Salary:

An estimated base salary of $100K – 125K for this role in the US. Benefits:

Employees work remotely two days a week and three days in person, with flexibility to balance client needs. Travel:

Travel is minimized on most projects; some projects may require up to 80% travel for a period, with an annual average typically 10%–30% based on preferences.
