Your role at Zales: Engage customers to understand their needs and desires Present merchandise and explain product features and benefits Discuss extended service plans and financing options Achieve individual and team sales goals Ideal candidates will have: A passion for helping customers celebrate special moments Strong customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays A positive, customer-focused attitude Excellent communication and relationship skills Our benefits include: Base pay from $17.25 to $23.60 plus sales commissions Full-time employees: Medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance 401(k) plan Paid Time Off and holidays Tuition reimbursement and career development programs Merchandise discounts Incentive trips and contests Zales values integrity, teamwork, and promotes from within.
