Knowledge of municipal budgeting, property tax collection, and investment management preferred. Payroll and Human Resources experience is a plus. Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and maintain compliance with state and local regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills for working with residents, staff, and elected officials. Familiarity with BS&A software systems is a plus.
