Job Title - SCCM/End Point Engineers

Hybrid Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Engineering Contractor to support our Sr. Modern Workstation Engineer in delivering comprehensive endpoint management services. The ideal candidate must possess strong technical expertise in SCCM and Microsoft Intune, advanced experience creating and deploying Windows 11 images, PowerShell scripting capabilities, and deep knowledge of Group Policy and Hybrid Active Directory management. Strong cybersecurity experience, especially with Windows Defender, is preferred.
We would also like someone with excellent end-user support capabilities, clear communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users, while understanding the business impact of endpoint changes.
Key Responsibilities • Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) infrastructure. • Manage operating system deployment (OSD), task sequences, and application packaging/distribution. • dminister patch management for Windows workstations and servers. • Implement and support Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for modern device management. • Monitor and troubleshoot client health, compliance, and deployment issues. • Develop automation scripts (PowerShell or similar) to improve operational efficiency. • Ensure compliance with security standards and corporate policies. • Provide documentation, reporting, and end-user support related to endpoint services.
Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM administration and endpoint management. • Strong knowledge of application packaging (MSI, scripting, PowerShell). • Experience with patch management and OS deployment. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows security concepts.
Preferred Skills • Experience in large-scale enterprise environments (5,000+ endpoints). • Familiarity with Azure AD and Hybrid Azure AD join. • Knowledge of Windows Autopilot. • Experience with reporting tools (SQL, SSRS, Power BI). • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate).
