Senior Project Manager

Position Summary: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Division of Institutional Planning & Operations (IP&O). Under the direction of the Director of Project Services for RBHS Projects, coordinates and manages the activities of assigned medium to large-scale, complicated and/or fast-track capital construction projects from the planning and design stages through construction, occupancy and project closeout. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Manages and administers capital projects including all daily activities associated with: planning, budgeting, coordination/preparation of contract documents, project meetings, oversight of construction activities. Coordination of end user requirements, professional consultants, construction administration and end user occupancy. Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management is required.
