Full time, Salary $100,000-$120,000 per year We are seeking a full-time outgoing, hospitality-focused General Manager to lead the operations of a premier members-only sports and lifestyle club. The club specializes in racquet sports (tennis, pickleball, squash) and features a full-service fitness center, restaurant and bar, golf simulators, swimming pool, and basketball facilities. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional member experience, overseeing all departments, driving member engagement and retention, managing staff, and executing on strategic financial goals. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across all departments: racquet sports, fitness, food & beverage, pool, golf simulators, basketball, and member services Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member experience and grow membership Hire, lead and manage staff fostering a high-performance, service-oriented culture Collaborate with Director of Operations to manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet profitability targets Maintain high standards of facility cleanliness, safety, and maintenance Collaborate with Membership Engagement Manager on programming Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements Represent the club in community and member engagement events Qualifications:
5+ years of senior management experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, private clubs, or fitness operations Proven leadership in member satisfaction, team development, and financial performance Strong knowledge of racquet sports and premium club operations preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills Weekend and holiday availability as-needed Experience with membership-based business models a strong plus Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 Must be able to stand or sit for long extended periods of Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as walking, bending & standing) Must have full schedule Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance is required
