As an
Impact Network Partner , you'll champion inclusion and belonging at Roche, driving initiatives within our employee-led Impact Networks. You will coordinate activities, partner with leaders, and help build a workplace where everyone thrives. The Opportunity:
You will partner closely with Network leaders, executive sponsors, employees, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful I&B programs and events. Through this work, you’ll help activate the broader US I&B strategy at the grassroots level, amplifying employee voices and stories across the organization. You will be responsible for: Program and Event Coordination: Support Impact Network event planning and execution by coordinating logistics, communications, materials, and timelines. Maintain documentation and track program effectiveness through feedback and engagement. Stakeholder and Network Support: Support Impact Network leaders and members with guidance, administration, inquiries, best practices, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with cross-functional partners on compliance and alignment. Represent network views in team discussions. Operational Excellence and Compliance: Ensure network initiatives adhere to company policies (I&B, legal, brand). Assist with budget tracking, vendor coordination, and resource allocation as needed. Maintain and update shared Group/Network tools, documents, and digital platforms. Inclusion Engagement and Awareness: Support inclusion campaigns and events, stay updated on I&B trends, and contribute ideas to boost Network engagement and visibility. What You Will Bring: Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in Inclusion & Belonging, program coordination, employee engagement, People & Culture, or related field. Proven experience with employee groups, I&B initiatives, or community building. Demonstrated ability to create strategic alignment for employee engagement across diverse populations, partner with employees and leaders on inclusion and engagement, and establish governance frameworks and processes. Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with experience in budget oversight. Expertise and experience in program coordination and logistics, communication and collaboration, inclusion and cultural awareness, problem-solving, and adaptability. Note: Primary location for this role, one of the following locations; Indianapolis, Santa Clara, Tucson, Branchburg, or Pleasanton. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of California is $119,700 - $222,300. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
