How You'll Crush It: Load and unload trucks, sort and move gear Receive, pick, pack, and prep orders so they're ready to roll Track everything with a handheld scanner Pick up and/or deliver products Maintain the grounds and perform housekeeping tasks Stay active on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs, and keep moving Play it safe and keep the workspace clean Be reliable - show up, clock in, and grind it out Stay sharp - one detail missed slows everyone down Willing to learn and take direction to get better Be a team player who backs up the crew Stay flexible with shifts, overtime, or new tasks
