CGS is seeking a Senior FOIA Disclosure Product Manager to join our team supporting the IT mission of a large federal agency. This position will allow candidates to demonstrate expertise in performing product management and product marketing tasks. Drive the SecureRelease product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company Analyze customer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re successfully achieved Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments Drive the execution of the SecureRelease product, including research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams Create product strategy documents describing business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for marketing communications plans Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales on development, QA, and release of products and resource balance Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates CGS and its features across primary market segments Manage and deliver Release Notes and schedule walkthroughs Manage client notifications and product deployment Manage the feature requests queue and priorities Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in product design or engineering Strong experience in a dynamic product management role Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle Highly effective cross-functional team management Experience delivering refined product marketing strategies Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong presentation and public speaking skills Ideally, you will also have
Master’s degree in product design or engineering Previous software and web development experience Proven experience as a product developer in a non-managerial role Our Commitment
