Job Description: Patent Attorney at a Mid-Sized GP Firm

Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering. Strong background in patent drafting, prosecution, and strategy, with pharmaceutical prosecution experience preferred. Experience with USPTO communications and familiarity with diligence matters such as clearance studies and opinion work. Ability to support the technical aspects of litigation as needed. Must be licensed to practice before the USPTO or qualified to sit for the patent bar. Summary
