Summary
As a Collection Specialist II with Johns Hopkins Home Care Group, you will be responsible for managing insurance denial resolution and payment recovery for our vital home health care services. You'll specialize in analyzing denied claims, preparing appeals, and working directly with insurance companies to overturn denials and secure proper reimbursement. Working independently, you'll navigate complex payer requirements, resubmit claims with corrected documentation, and resolve challenging denial patterns. As a senior team member, you'll also mentor other staff and serve as a go-to resource for complex denial resolution strategies.
