DOE NNSA Site Alb NM, 2301 Buena Vista Dr SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106, USA MELE Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to support the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Stockpile Sustainment (OSS), NA-12. OSS maintains and enhances the safety, reliability, and performance of the US nuclear weapon stockpile. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Convert stockpile information from the accountability module in the Logistics, Accountability, Planning, and Scheduling (LAPS) application using the Daily Change Reports (DCR) which updates the current fiscal year’s workload database. Timely and meticulous accountability of each warhead program’s statuses and inventories to assure data integrity for the Nuclear Security Enterprise (NSEI). Responsible for maintaining the Pantex Baseline Database which tracks monthly and yearly production quotas per DOE’s and Pantex’s mutual workload agreements. Work and coordinate with the Federal Program Manager and Inventory Management Specialist to create and develop a Microsoft Access database to track all weapon Dismantlement’s, Disassembly’s and Inspection (D&I) transactions to provide accurate canned and ad hoc reporting. Maintain the Stockpile Weapons Inventory Reports in Excel. Manage the Transportation Shipping Request to verify stockpile transportation to and from Pantex. Maintain the classified inventory database of Program Control Documents (PCDs) documents. Support PCD information request in the absence of the Federal Program Engineer. Transfer classified documents to Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), Pantex and other DOE Divisions by verifying classification accuracy on various network platforms. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline. Minimum five (5) years of analyzing large datasets. Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with DOE/NNSA LOCATION : This is a full-time position in Albuquerque, NM 87123 USA SALARY : Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
