CORPORATE CONTROLLER

who will oversee full-cycle accounting in the United States and liaison with a foreign parent company. Enjoy base compensation in the range of $160k - $180k, PLUS generous BONUS, 401k, benefits, PTO, etc. This is permanent, full-time employment (not a contract), reporting to the CFO. Responsibilities include the following: Oversee all U.S. corporate accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and consolidations. Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. Liaison between the U.S. subsidiary and the foreign parent company. Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and transfer pricing compliance with foreign affiliates. Ensure that reporting (of various types) is timely and accurate. Serve as a technical accounting expert, advising management on complex transactions, cross-border issues, and new accounting standards. Ensure compliance with U.S. and foreign tax requirements. Orchestrate internal controls. Support the annual audit process. Play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, modeling, automation, analytics, etc. Lead, coach, and develop the finance team and collaborate with other teams. Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems, processes, and intercompany coordination, including optimization of ERP (NetSuite). Qualifications: CPA Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field. 12+ years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Hands-on technical accounting skills. Advanced skills towards financial modeling, automation, and analytics. Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Technology expertise (particularly Netsuite, Excel, and MS Office). Experience with intercompany transactions and transfer pricing. Strong leadership, team management, and cross-cultural aptitude. Communication excellence (written, verbal, and presentations) to U.S. and foreign stakeholders. Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions, geographies, and cultures. Business acumen, strategic thinking, and customer service skills. Seeking continuous improvements. (Preferred)

Prior experience in a multinational or foreign-owned company. (Preferred)

Public accounting background.
