Job Summary HCSC is seeking a dynamic individual to join its Treasury department in the Chicago, IL office. This role supports the Manager of Corporate Risk & Insurance by managing corporate insurance policies and renewals, claims reporting, captive reporting, maintaining insurance policy databases and electronic files, and reviewing vendor contract requests. The Risk Analyst aims to identify, measure, and mitigate various risk exposures. This position is hybrid/flex, requiring in-office presence three days a week, with two days working remotely.
Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Claims Adjusting, Brokerage, or Underwriting.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Willingness to learn about Property/Casualty insurance, including relevant federal and state legislation and reporting requirements.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion of assignments.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, RIMS system, and Outlook.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
Industry certifications such as AIC and AIC-M are preferred.
Proficiency in data analysis tools, risk management software, and programming languages is a plus.

The offered compensation varies based on experience and qualifications and is eligible for an annual incentive bonus, subject to plan terms.
