Compensation is specific to NY and TX. This is hybrid and will require going into the office 3 days a week in either Bethpage, NY or Plano, TX.
We’re seeking an experienced
Senior SuccessFactors Analyst
to join our HRIS team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll , which are the core focus of this role. You will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, support, and optimization of these modules to align with our HR operations and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Troubleshoot system issues, manage regular updates, and ensure system stability and data integrity. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business needs and provide scalable HRIS solutions. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and data privacy requirements within Employee Central Payroll. Support testing, documentation, and training activities related to SuccessFactors core modules. Act as a subject matter expert for Employee Central and Payroll within the broader HRIS roadmap. Nice to Have (Additional Responsibilities) Support and optimize other SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals. Develop reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools. Assist in HRIS projects and third-party system integrations. Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. 4–6 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with proven hands-on experience in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. Strong understanding of HR data, business processes, and system configuration. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s), especially in Employee Central Payroll. Experience with HRIS integrations and reporting tools. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
