Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Applications Team. In this role, you will develop critical solutions to support ISEC business operations, streamline processes, and drive automation. Developers have the opportunity to integrate systems and create purpose-built solutions that will drive critical initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the company. The Applications team supports CRM, ERP, Data Warehousing, custom developed solutions, and SaaS based applications. The developer role will focus on developing applications in C# and will support a handful of small Power Apps applications used with our SharePoint environment. Other team members are in place to support our CRM, ERP, and Data Integration efforts and there is an Enterprise Architect who drives critical custom applications projects. This is a unique opportunity to join a small and effective technology team supporting a stable and growing business.
THIS POSITION IS AN ON-SITE POSITION, CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN COLORADO AND BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO OFFICE.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop software solutions prioritizing ease of maintenance written in C#, MVC, and Blazor
Investigate applications issues to identify root causes and implement software development best practices
Work within Azure services to deploy and manage applications
Build and support a small number of PowerApps applications
Act as primary developer for C# tasks
Document software architecture, design decisions, and user guides to support maintainability and knowledge transfer
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in .NET, Blazor, and web development to continuously improve development practices
Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to automation efforts for testing, deployment, and monitoring
Ensure application security by following secure coding practices and addressing vulnerabilities in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications (in addition to basic qualifications) Education/Experience
8+ years of professional software development experience
Advanced proficiency in C#, MVC, and Blazor
Experience designing and implementing scalable, enterprise-grade applications
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM)
Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers
Active Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Strong grasp of software engineering best practices across the full SDLC: coding standards, architecture, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence
Solid experience with Microsoft .NET and C# (5+ years)
Skilled in SQL Server and Entity Framework (Database-First approach)
Experienced in API development and integration tools
Familiar with front-end development and UI/UX best practices, including Bootstrap
Hands-on experience with architectural frameworks like MVC and Blazor
Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 CRM)
Minimum Qualifications Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Proven expertise in C#, MVC, and Blazor frameworks
Strong collaborator with a passion for building impactful, user-focused solutions
Microsoft or relevant technology certifications preferred
Experience with PowerApps and the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Familiarity with high-level requirements management including requirements refinement
Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
Moderate skills querying SQL Server and leveraging Entity Framework database first coding approach
Experience developing APIs and using integration tools
