Overview

Reporting to the Director of HR Technology, the HRIS Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the organization's HR technology ecosystem. This role leads the team partnering cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure that HR systems are aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements, while continuously driving innovation and efficiency. The Manager, HRIS will spearhead initiatives to streamline HR processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and assist in the delivery of actionable insights through advanced HR analytics. They will also play a critical role in supporting change management efforts, providing training and guidance to system users, and cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. This position operates within a dynamic and evolving HR environment and is instrumental in elevating HR operations and improving the overall user experience. Responsibilities

Leadership & Innovation: Proven ability to lead change, challenge legacy systems, and deliver creative solutions to complex problems. Leadership & Innovation: Drive continuous improvement and optimization of HR systems, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and deployment. Leadership & Innovation: Lead governance and strategic alignment of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR platforms. Technical Expertise & System Management: Serve as a subject matter expert for all HR systems. Technical Expertise & System Management: Manage end-to-end HRIS initiatives, including module rollouts, integrations, and upgrades. Technical Expertise & System Management: Monitor system KPIs, ensure data integrity, and validate releases for seamless functionality. Technical Expertise & System Management: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline HR processes. Collaboration & Communication: Partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable, integrated solutions aligned with business goals. Collaboration & Communication: Strong communicator skilled at translating technical concepts for diverse audiences. Collaboration & Communication: Provide training and ongoing support to HR and business users on system functionality and best practices. Data Integrity & Compliance: Responsible for data accuracy, security, and compliance through audits and governance practices. Data Integrity & Compliance: Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and SOPs. Data Integrity & Compliance: Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, research, testing, and validation. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 5+ years HRIS experience, including system implementation and optimization. Expertise in SuccessFactors (Core HCM, Performance, Compensation, Succession). Familiarity with ServiceNow, ICIMS, AI initiatives, and data warehousing. Understanding of integrations, reporting tools, and compliance (SOX/JSOX). Experience in business process management and project leadership. About Us
