:

The

Staff, Solution Architect for Asset Lifecycle

will play a critical role within the

ServiceNow Platform Engineering

team, ensuring the effective architecture and integration of ServiceNow solutions for

asset lifecycle management

in broadcast and linear television operations. This role will be based in

Atlanta

and report to the

Senior Manager, Platform Architecture . With a focus on optimizing

broadcast asset management, field service operations, and customer service functions , this role requires deep expertise in

ServiceNow Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) . Experience in

Telecommunications Service Management

within ServiceNow is highly preferred. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and technical stakeholders to

architect scalable, efficient solutions

that support the evolving needs of broadcast and television operations. You will leverage emerging technologies to enhance automation, service workflows, and data-driven decision-making for optimal

service delivery . Your Role Accountabilities: Solution Architecture & Strategy Lead

solution architecture design

for

ServiceNow-based asset lifecycle management , ensuring alignment with broadcast operations and business needs.

Develop a long-term

architecture roadmap

to optimize broadcast asset management and service workflows.

Evaluate and recommend best practices for integrating

EAM, FSM, and CSM

with existing workflows.

Ensure

data integrity and visibility

across ServiceNow modules for broadcast asset lifecycle reporting.

Technical Implementation & Optimization Configure and optimize

ServiceNow applications

to drive operational efficiencies in

broadcast asset tracking, maintenance, and service coordination .

Leverage

workflow automation and AI-driven service management

to streamline

broadcast and linear television

operational processes.

Work closely with engineers and platform teams to ensure proper implementation of

architecture principles, standards, and best practices .

Develop solutions that enhance

field service operations for remote broadcast infrastructure and equipment servicing .

Continuous Improvement & Innovation Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging

ServiceNow technologies , including automation capabilities, to optimize broadcast asset workflows.

Conduct

system health checks and performance assessments

to ensure resilience and scalability.

Lead exploratory efforts into

predictive maintenance, workflow automation, and enhanced asset lifecycle reporting .

Explore

AI and machine learning applications

within ServiceNow to enhance proactive service resolution in

broadcast operations .

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration Partner with business subject matter experts, technology teams, and ServiceNow product managers to

translate operational requirements into scalable architecture solutions .

Provide

strategic guidance to engineering teams on

applying

Telecommunications Service Management

use cases in

ServiceNow

to broadcast and linear tv operations.

Facilitate knowledge sharing and training on

best practices

for asset lifecycle automation and service management optimization.

Qualifications & Experiences: 8+ years of experience

in

solution architecture , service management, or asset lifecycle management, with a strong focus on

broadcast and telecommunications .

Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules :

EAM, FSM, CSM , and

Telecommunications Service Management .

Strong expertise in

architecting scalable solutions

for

broadcast technology and linear television operations .

Experience

integrating AI-driven automation and predictive analytics

into ServiceNow workflows for

asset lifecycle management .

Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.

Bachelor's degree in

Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field

(advanced certifications preferred).

xperience: Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Implementation Specialist .

Experience with AI-driven automation and proactive service management

within ServiceNow workflows.

Previous experience in

broadcast engineering, telecommunications, or media operations .

Familiarity with

IT Asset Management best practices

in a

national/global media organization .
